DIY

Yesterday. 19th and today 20th
Got back our results, I’m happy :) UP UP UP UP UP UP LETS GO!
(just that I’m kind of hmmm when my biz….., i did well for my paper… then i guess its my presentation)

Stayed in campus, completing projects on our hands. Like the easter video. And it got approved today!!! :)
i learnt that when we are working its completely different from school, in school we hand in whatever we have done and if it sucks we just get lousy grades and if we in working society if it sucks means we redo or get fired. Yeah and of cause I’m nervous every time they inspect the videos, me and spencer we both are not trained to use final cut as we all know right (DVPT…. -.-) anyway yeah our work are really simple in the end no big bombastic effects and it works :)

And trying to down mix our 5.1 work which is also coming to and end! After many days of playing around with 5.1 and learn how it suppose to be, its time!!! to learn how to export. (make sense right.. if you do and can’t export whats the point) Its overwhelming for the it the take from a 6 tracks 5.1 to stereo and when we first exported it out everything was clipping and distorting. So after Mr harry enlightenment we finally got it out.

Oh and i love COMPRESSOR one of the software that come in final cut studio, its so convenient in compressing and exporting videos.

Also really like how the culture here works, everything they will just to DIY.
We helped out in the props making today for mr phil. Used a DIY style-ro-form (HAHAH) cutter to cut it, its damn clever. its run by power to heat up the copper (guitar?) string! HOW CLEVER! if you buy this equipment outside, at most like 100$+++?!

Lunch at our favorite place, one of the first few food we ate in America! the sushi house! thank you Mr Alex for the lunchh! :) Its damn worth for such a big plate of bento 2 meat sushi rice soup. NOMNOMN!

:)
