LAKE TAHOEE!
Easter holiday special!

First of all, Thank you Mr Harry and Ms Lisoon for allowing us to tag along this road trip! In case you guys wondering, its Easter break for us :) So we had a 3days off from work and road trip up to Lake Tahoe!

Around 4hours of drive up from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe (if no snow/rain), had a smooth ride up. We arrived and it was snowing!! not those scary type of snow but mild and beautiful snow!
OMGGGG

Its my first time seeing snow falling! I been to korea and it didn’t snow, so I’m so blessed to see snow!

Mr harry rented a house, that fits quite a lot of people actually but 3 rooms 2king size 2doubles. The house is big enough to hold a lot more people though. It was a traditional american type of house, with animal head on the wall hahaha and a coolio fireplace! Amaze by the blankets because its electric blanket! that keep us warm at night :)

Travelled up with 2 of mr harry’s friends, a couple mr alan and ms stephanie. The entire trip was very informative because the adults really know a lot of things and we trying to take in whatever they sharing.

First day, visited the lake and around the area and home dinner! Very cosy! like family dinner :) I LIKE!! and the sharing after dinner was really interesting. Because all of them are singaporean and live in america they share with us their experience.

Visted Nevada! its another state of america its just a street across to different california and nevada. hahahha, you can travel around america without a passport! how cool! thats why most americans don’t have passport. Why do they need when they have so many things to do in their country to think about. hahaha

they can have massive road trip all around america, singapore you just have to get out once awhile hahha .

Note of the day. We only see how awesome is Singapore from a outside point of view.

Second day!
Woke up early, thank you mr harry for dropping us at Sierra ski place! We booked a snowboarding lesson that come along full day snowboarding entry!

it was da bomb! fell down a lot of times. a lotttt of times.. but when you get the hang of it it was pretty awesome! When i got a little hang of it i start to action action and i fell even harder :( HAHAHHA! But we all learn from there! The instructor was really nice and helpful. We learnt the basic like the j-turn, the break, the turn.

I swear snowboarding is a serious physical demanding exercise! phewwww, i nearly died of exhaustion and don’t want to get up when i fall. Thank god for the lift pass if not i will really cry climbing up the hill. hahhaha

Oh did i mentioned i dropped my last 100usd into the snow :(
my pocket zip came off and money fell off. i guess i really fall hard. Lesson learnt :(

Got our face burned as we didn’t apply sunblock lotion and i got my eyes hurt as well as i didn’t have goggle/sunglasses on. Lesson learnt :( When i did ski-ing in Korea my mum was there so i was well protected. I guess i deserved it :(

Home dinner again, and once again the sharing after dinner was great!

face and eyes were already crying and screaming for help so we turn in early!

So we left the next day!

Stop by in-and-out burger place to have lunch, when they told us that they have actually secret recipe online that is not on the menu but you can order! how exciting hahahhaha.

It was a receiving trip up to lake tahoe not just snow we got but knowledge we earn and new things we learnt.

I’m glad I’m learning new things everyday here.
